Travis not only sent us a listing of available homes that met our criteria, and took us to look for a home each time when we were in Austin, but he also taught us about the neighborhoods in Austin. By the time we purchased a home, we understood the differences in the many areas of Austin and had a great feel for which neighborhoods would suit us best. Travis never pressured us to buy any home and often gave us sensible advice as to why a home that we were interested in might not be a good fit. Lastly, because we were out of town, Travis set us up with contractors to update the home and checked on their progress for us, all at no charge.
